Just in case you haven’t already heard, the Palm Mojo SDK leaked a few days ago after Palm expanded their developer program.
It can be downloaded for Windows here. And for Mac here.
You will also need to download VirtualBox to run the emulator.
Oh and if you hadn’t realized it yet. This is where we got our webOS leaked screenshots from way back May.

I had the hardest time trying to get the Palm Emulator to run. It would just die within a few seconds of starting it, without showing any UI window. The problem: I needed to install Java. I hope this helps anybody else who gets the same problem.
