A poster on Treocentral has linked to an anonymous tipster who has posted pictures of the Palm Pre over at a chinese treo site. The pictures have allegedly come from Ludle International, a wholesaler company in China that produces and sells electronic accessories and parts. The poster mentions the following things about the Pre having got to handle it:

• Palm Pre feels smaller than the iPhone
• Pre’s plastic screen is less scratch resistant than iPhone’s glass screen
• the back of the Pre is much more scratch resistant than the iPhone’s but loves fingerprints
• the Palm Pre is currently being mass produced right now, and it’s going to be on the market real soon

The Pre in the photo could just be a exoskeleton, in fact it probably isn’t the full working version as an accessroy maker really isn’t gonna need anything except a mock up of the model. But the news that the phone is in mass production, if it’s true, correlates with the release dates we’ve been hearing about.
