So a cracked screen is common. I have a crack that started from where u plug in the mini usb and have slowly made its way to my screen. I took it to Sprint and the guy told me if its not affecting the screen in anyway, don't bother fixing it just yet. Its all aesthetics for me. oh yeah and I have that battery problem too. :( BUT I still LOVE my Palm Pre!!!!! Ha. So a cracked screen is common.
